Bishops and Clergy are Suspended a Divinis for Multifaith Worship- By: Gregory Bellarmine

Description : The SSJC certainly accepts that Vatican II was a true Council and requires us to obey and accept because all the Bishops in unity with him and the Pope were present.

This is why, for example, we accept the dogma of Papal Infallibility from Vatican I.

However, Vatican II wasn't the one and only Council. There were many others in unity with the Pope, and they also demand obedience just like Vatican II does.

So when the canon law code of 1917 says the following it's because Canon Law is a summary of Church teaching in a way that is put into practise, that makes what's said in the pulpit on a Sunday a practical way of life that demands obedience:

"The propagators of heresy and those who participate with non-Catholics in divinis (Can. 2316)

If, after the lapse of six months, to be reckoned from the moment the penally has been contracted, the person suspected of heresy has not amended, he must be regarded as a heretic, amenable to the penalties set forth in can. 2314."

The law set out in Canon 2316 has come to use from Councils as real and requiring obedience as Vatican II. These historical Councils likewise state that the mere participating in prayer with non-Catholics, let alone non-Christians results in expulsion.

II Council of Constantinople - (553 AD)

If any ecclesiastic or layman shall go into the synagogue of the Jews or to the meeting-houses of the heretics to join in prayer with them, let them be deposed and deprived of communion. If any bishop or priest or deacon shall join in prayer with heretics, let him be suspended from communion.

Councils of Carthage - (251 - 429 AD)

One must neither pray nor sing psalms with heretics, and whoever shall communicate with those who are cut off from the communion of the Church, whether clergy or layman: let him be excommunicated.

IV Lateran Council (1215 AD)

We decree that those who give credence to the teachings of the heretics, as well as those who receive, defend or patronize them, are excommunicated. [...] If anyone refuses to avoid such accomplices after they have been ostracized by the Church, let them also be excommunicated.

So when an Assisi Bishop or his imitating clergy or anyone else acts as if he has jurisdiction, which under Law he does not and says "You must obey Vatican 2" the fact is the correct answer is "Yes, and as you are obedient to the Councils like Vatican II, you must publicly repent of your heresy and be forgiven your sin. In the meantime, you have been automatically removed from your office in the Church and are not to be obeyed as if you are a Pastor of the Church, which you no longer are."

In other words, it is the height of hypocritical arragonce for Novus Ordo churchmen to demand obedience to a Council called Vatican II when they themselves openly disobey all the other Councils and act as if their had jurisidiction over the faithful, which they in no way do.
